To book a tour we require a $10 per person deposit on all day trips and a $50 per person deposit on any overnight trip. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that cancellations do occur, and are sometimes unavoidable. We have implemented the following cancellation policy. All cancellations are subject to a $10 per person processing fee. In addition, you will be responsible for any non-refundable expenses incurred by Nowak Tour & Travel on your behalf, such as show tickets, airfare etc... Cancellations made within 48-hours of the trip’s departure are subject to no refund. A no-show will also result in no refund. Please ask about cancellation insurance for all of our trips.

Departure Times & Locations:

For overnight trips, luggage tags and a final itinerary will be mailed to you 21 days prior to the trips departure date. For day trips, we will call you one week prior to the trip to notify you of departure times & locations.

The casino bonus is set by the casino, and the casino reserves the right to change the bonus at any time.
