Tour Manager of the Month: Andrea Menger

CONGRATS, Andrea! You’re Tour Manager of the Month!

Andrea is in her 2nd year managing tours for us. Prior to coming on board to Nowak Tours, Andrea was an 8th-grade social studies teacher for 9 years! As a teacher, she planned trips for her students and also planned trips for her children as a parent. She loves getting to continue to lead trips to D.C.!

FUN FACTS!

Q: What is your favorite destination to bring groups?

A: The Lincoln Memorial – it’s so inspiring!

Q: If you could meet any person from history, who would it be?

A: I would want to meet Abraham Lincoln. He dealt with many insurmountable problems but led the country with dignity and a sense of humor.

Q: Do you have any advice for future Tour Managers?

A: Be flexible and calm; plans change, but your attitude and how you deal with the changes help your group. Also, get to know the students, they are such interesting people and you never know what you can learn from them.
