Tour Manager of the Week: Don Berkey

CONGRATS, DON! You’re Tour Manger of the week!

Don has been a Tour Manager at Nowak Tours since the Fall of 2013. Prior to becoming a TM, Don was in public education for an impressive 37 years – at all levels. The majority of his time was spent as a middle school guidance counselor (27 years). His favorite destination to share with the students? DC – he has a special place in his heart for the WWII Memorial and he also really enjoys the Capitol Building.

FUN FACTS!

Q: What is your favorite place (local or vacation spot) to go to with family and/or friends?

A: We are true/devoted Disney people; we go twice a year. We also love the beach (especially Myrtle Beach).

Q: If you could meet any person from history, who would it be?

A: Tough Choice… either Abraham Lincoln or John Glenn (with a little Teddy Roosevelt thrown in).

Q: Any random thoughts or fun facts you would like to share?

A: Stay young, enjoy life and be grateful for all your blessings!
